Weekend Ritual: Healthy Banana Protein Pancakes
Hold The Mother - Banana Protein Pancakes.
A weekend ritual that we LOVE, and I want to share with you x
Let's do Lunch: A simple lunch guide for busy mums (or anyone really).
Whether you are mum’ing with little people, maybe a fresh newborn, or one on your hip and moving between nap times and playtime, a mother in paid employment managing the logistics of working and mothering, or generally a busy person - it’s so easy to skip lunch. You may be too busy, or literally just forget, you likely have a million other things on your mind, and limited time.
I want to keep this really simple, an easy guide to motivate you put a little of your time toward planning, preparing and enjoying an every day lunch. The mum lunch ideas are no frills, low cost but nutritionally loaded. No recipes, just put it all together - likely messy, but hey, kind of makes sense amongst the chaos?
Jude's Birth Story
A beautiful, seamless pregnancy supported by the Midwife Group Practice program at my local hospital. A long 30 + hour labour with heavy intervention resulting in complications in early postpartum, and a wave of birth trauma which knocked me down. Lots of self discovery, and appreciation for all mothers and the huge transition birth brings.
Remi's Birth Story
A conscious conception, followed by a pregnancy through COVID, planned within the same system as Jude’s birth. We were continuously monitored and induction was looming. At 41 weeks, Remi decided she would enter the world, quickly, with an accidental home birth with my divine Doula, my mum and husband. A perfectly sized little girl, we enjoyed a slow postpartum and leant on our village while we soaked up our little dream baby and birth experience.
